We’re heading to Señor Burrito, hands down my favorite Mexican restaurant in Aruba.
My man Felipe is always taking care of me when I stop in, and I’m just going to put this out there: Señor Burrito might have the best fajitas on the island—possibly in the world.

Possibly the Best Fajitas in Aruba
I think the secret is whatever they’re doing with the marinade on the beef and chicken. The fajitas come out sizzling and a little saucy, with the onions and peppers cooked perfectly. There’s nothing better.
Actually, there is one thing that makes them even better: add some of their house-made hot sauce, because that stuff is straight gas.

Daily Specials and More Favorites
They run different daily specials where you can get things like a burrito, french fries, and a drink for a special price, along with different taco specials depending on the day.
Don’t overlook the rest of the menu either. Their ceviche is absolutely outstanding, my girlfriend loves the mixed grill tacos, and the tinga is another good one served with french fries and that white sauce.

Don’t Forget the Margaritas
Felipe makes a damn good margarita, and I love the little touch of serving it with a slice of apple instead of the usual lime. It works.

No Frills—Just Delicious Mexican Food
Señor Burrito isn’t some fancy resort restaurant. It’s a no-frills Mexican spot located in a gas-station plaza, and that’s part of what I like about it. It’s just pure, delicious Mexican food.
I usually stop in for lunch, but at night the whole vibe changes and the place gets popping.

Where Is Señor Burrito?
You’ll find Señor Burrito just outside the Eagle Beach area at the Citgo gas-station plaza near the Pizza Hut roundabout.
Go see Felipe, grab yourself some fajitas, don’t skip that house-made hot sauce, and tell him Buddy sent you. This is one of my absolute Aruba favorites.
