What We Ordered 🍽
We went for dinner and ran the table a little bit.
To start:
• Fried coconut shrimp (crispy and packed with flavor)
• Colombian fried cheese bites with guava dipping sauce — low key might’ve been the favorite of the night
For mains:
• Wedge salad
• Bone-in pork chop
• Surf and turf filet with Caribbean lobster
Everything was solid across the board. Great portions, good execution, and flavors that hit without trying too hard.
And again… the view takes it to another level.

Sister Restaurants: Same Group, Same Quality
What makes Vue even more interesting is that it’s part of a growing restaurant group in Palm Beach.
Their sister restaurant is North End Pub, a Boston-owned sports bar that has quickly become one of the best spots on the island to catch a game. If you’ve followed Aruba Buddy during football season, you already know the energy in there is legit.
And they’re not stopping there.
Coming soon, they’re opening a third concept called Wicked Fish, located right in the same vicinity as Vue and North End Pub. With that name, you already know seafood is going to play a big role — and if it matches the quality of the first two spots, Palm Beach just keeps getting better.
It’s exciting to see a local restaurant group expanding the right way.
