I recently dropped a video called “20 of My Favorite Restaurants in Aruba”, and it ended up performing extremely well. That tells me one thing — people don’t just want the same old lists everyone posts over and over again.
This list doesn’t necessarily include the usual “top dogs” like Madame Janette, Flying Fishbone, Giannas or the spots that everyone and their brother talks about. Don’t get me wrong — those places are great. But this list is different.
These are 20 restaurants I personally love, places where:
• The food consistently hits
• The owners and chefs care
• And most importantly…
they keep pulling me back again and again
This is a very ArubaBuddy list — real spots, real relationships, real meals.

My 20 Favorite Restaurants in Aruba
Azar
One of my go-to spots on the island. Chef Teddy and Miguel absolutely crush it here. Bold flavors, great energy, and food that never misses.
Lima Bistro
Another home run from Chef Teddy. Lima might honestly be one of the best restaurants on the island. Elevated, creative, and always memorable.
Ever
My favorite chef’s tasting experience in Aruba. I’ve been here the last three years in a row for my birthday, and it somehow keeps getting better every time.
EGO Restaurant
A newer spot with a more casual feel, but don’t let that fool you. Chef Roy puts out serious food, and the quality speaks for itself.
Agrigento
My favorite Italian restaurant in Aruba. Christian and his mom run an incredible operation. Classic dishes done the right way — warm, welcoming, and consistently excellent.
Divi Sushi Bar (Ritz-Carlton)
My favorite sushi on the island. Clean, fresh, and executed perfectly every single time.
Amore Mio
Hands down my favorite pizza in Aruba. The Bolognese is a must-order.
La Tavola
A hidden gem. Husband-and-wife run, off the beaten path, and putting out some seriously good food.
Señor Burrito
My favorite Mexican spot on the island. Felipe is my guy, and the food is affordable, flavorful, and hits every time.
Bingo
One of the best casual restaurants in Aruba. Perfect for a laid-back meal that still delivers on flavor.
Oak Restaurant
A great spot with a cool atmosphere. The peppercorn tenderloin is one of my favorite dishes on the island.
Terra
Michelin-star chef Jeremy Ford doesn’t mess around. Terra is fire — simple as that.
Wacky Wahoo
Probably the best fish in Aruba. Fresh, straightforward, and consistently outstanding.
The Local Store
Affordable burgers and wings right near Palm Beach. A great go-to when you want something casual and satisfying.
Caya House
Chef Irvin is one of the big dogs on the island, and this place proves it. Excellent food in a great Palm Beach location.
Wilhelmina
An OG Aruba spot. A classic for a reason — they also own Olivia, which says a lot.
Coco Café
Perfect for breakfast, coffee, or a light bite. A reliable staple that always delivers.
LG Smith’s Steakhouse
A classic steakhouse experience done right. Great service, strong menu, and a solid night out.
Akira Back
A great option when you’re craving Japanese cuisine with a modern touch.
Atardi
Beachfront dining at its finest. Sunset views, relaxed vibes, and a perfect way to end the day.
